SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products are hand crafted in small batches and typically ship within seven to ten business days of purchase. Should something prohibit our ability to ship within two business weeks, we will make every effort to contact the customer and confirm the anticipated ship and deliver dates.
All orders will be shipped in the most economical category as possible, first class, priority, express, media mail, etc. Please express your shipping needs, if any, at checkout. You may purchase rush production and ship if desired. We strive to make our products affordable to everyone, that includes keeping shipping costs low.
Please note, during the pandemic, shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates or shipping timeframes. We are seeing packages take up to six weeks for delivery. Please know we will make every effort to help you with your shipping claims + will always do right by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made to order nature of our business, we have a zero return policy. However, please submit an email within three business days of receipt should you have any concerns.
Extreme weather changes can and will alter products during transit. Rest assured, the products will not be ruined! Should you receive damaged products, please immediately submit an email with pictures within three business days to be eligible for a re-ship.
